By joining and training at Ki No Nagare Dojo, members agree to follow these basic conditions.
Membership is personal and subject to payment of the applicable membership and insurance fees.
Members are responsible for keeping their contact details, emergency contact information and any relevant health information up to date.
Members should:
Aikido is a physical activity and participation is at the member’s own discretion and responsibility.
The dojo aims to provide a respectful, safe and welcoming environment.
Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in a member being asked to stop training or, where appropriate, having their membership suspended or terminated.
Ki No Nagare Dojo reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary for safety, conduct, non-payment of fees or the proper operation of the dojo.
Any such decision will be considered fairly and proportionately.
Photographs and video may be taken during classes, seminars and other dojo activities and may be used on the dojo website, social-media channels and other dojo communications.
Members who do not wish to appear should inform an instructor.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
These Membership Conditions & Dojo Rules may be updated from time to time.
The current version will always be available on the Ki No Nagare Dojo website.
